Hi Team,
I cannot find information from Veeam help center. May I know if Veeam Backup for Office 365 4.0 can backup MS Office Business Plan (Premium & Essential), instead of MS Office Enterprise plan (E1/E3/E5).
We ran testing on customer's environment (MS Office Business Plan). However, we find out that all the user mailboxes are excluded from backup even though the configuration is correct.
License file is correct. User credential for O365 organization is correct as well.
Thank you.

These should work fine as that's what I have as well and I can back up Exchange. Are you receiving an error on the backup job?

Yes, the license cannot be counted and mailbox has been excluded during backup job.

Hi @yc chong
As far as I understand this, it means that your organization is added. Why they are excluded can be based on exclusions that you created. But it might be something else. Could you please create a support call, put the support call ID here and let our engineers look at it. That will be the fastest way to see what is going on.
Please keep us informed about the outcome after investigation of the engineers
Thanks
Mike
