I am trying to create a report based on a specific alarm (VM CPU Usage).
I would like to include the Source, Name and Repeat Count, with an option to list the date and time of the alarm.

I did run that report and was able to obtain the information - just not in the form that I like.
I'll try manipulate the data into a format I like.
