Hello
I want to restore some data as a test out of my Veeam for Office 365 backup and when I select a library inside the content area in the SharePoint explorer I am getting the following error

The message with action 'http://tempuri.org/iarchiversharepoints ... ndlistroot' cannot be processed at the receiver, due to a contractfilter mismatch at the endpointdispatcher. This may be because of either a contract mismatch..

Has anyone seen this before?

I've just had the same problem with VEX 9.5.4.2866/422 with our iLand hosted Microsoft 365 backup. Digging on the iLand FTP site uncovered a later version 9.5.3.2866/1553. That's working for me.

I really, really wish iLand would set-up a mailing list for updated software as it appears that every single time we need to urgently restore something (which isn't often), we discover it's stopped working and we have to raise a ticket.

I found that installing the latest SharePoint explorer that is included in the ZIP download fixes the issue,

Hi Rob, this is something you can discuss with iLand. I presume iLand may still be on VBO v3 and v4 is available however I can't confirm this so best would be to contact them. We always advise installing the latest versions to assure everything works (backward compatibility).

When upgrading versions, make sure you update all the explorers (exchange and sharepoint/onedrive). Glad you figured it out. Out of interest, which version are you running now?

Can somebody just clarify that there is a separate download for OneDrive. It appears to get updated when you update Exchange or SharePoint VEX, i.e. there isn't a separate install for OneDrive.

And yes, I know it's something that iLand should address but I tend to find out about newer versions from here/Veeam mailouts. I've asked them to set-up a mailing list but suspect it's fallen on death ears.

SharePoint and Onedrive are in the same package (Veeam Explorer for SharePoint).

@heliosmedcomms, Explorer for OneDrive comes with Explorer for SharePoint - there's one installer for both tolls. Please see the note in the documentation.
