Unable to access Repository

Post by JutsAnotherIT-Guy »

Veeam Backup for Microsoft Office 365 can not access a repository
anymore.

It says:
Unable to access repository (\\"networkpath"\repository.adb)

This repository is located on a NAS and is directly connected in to our veeam server and that "repository.adb" file is in the corresponding path. The network path itself works fine and the "Get free space" button is able to connect and show the free space if I push the button from the "Edit backup repository" menu.

If I create another repository on the same NAS in to a different folder it works fine.

We have ran out of licenses and started to get alerts this week that stated that we have been exceeding our license capacity over a month. We are currently 12 licenses short and we have ordered more licenses already.

Is it possible that this repository error has something to do with the missing licenses?

The license issue shouldn't have caused this and it's most likely a network issue. Please contact support for help with this issue as the logs will tell more what is going on.

Ok.

I actually tried to make a support ticket first but I ran in to a problem where the ticketing system complains something about missing evaluation license and I was not able to send the ticket. I don't understand why it complains about evaluation license when we have a valid production license visible on that account that I used to login to Veeam site.

Can u try to make a case under the free version? I can't comment on why it goes wrong within the support portal.
