V10 License in EM with V10 and older VBR servers

Hi all
If I upgrade my Veeam EM, i have to use a V10 License (Socketbased). I have several VBR servers connected to this EM. I can’t upgrade all the VBR servers at the same moment. First of all I will upgrade testinstance and then after a while all Prod instances. How about the connected VBR servers with 9.5 license, is this a problem if EM is already upgraded to V10 or how does this work?

Hello, they will be fine. EM v10 will not try to force its v10 license to earlier VBR versions. I actually had the same exact question while writing the upgrade section of the Release Notes (which I hope you're following), and double-checked with the QC team. Thanks!
