NEWBIE: Using VB&R CE as small backup solution client-server

I am total newbie, sorry for (maybe) stupid questions.

1. Can I host "Veeam Backup & Replication Community Edition" on one dedicated Windows 10 Pro machine (powerful), and have it on 5 client machines (1PC, 1 MS Server, 3 laptops) as some sort of agent (but not "agent free" which makes always a full image backup) and make backup via LAN - image, incremental, rotating every X days ?

No VMs, just PC/server backup on backup server in a wise way.

2. Can "Veeam Backup & Replication Community Edition" prepare full, encrypted backup - and put it into the cloud every X time ? We just want to have cloud backup off all computers in case of fire or sth. Can we use "Backblaze B2 Cloud Storage"? Can it do it during night hours?

3. Let's assume we have a laptop with 500GB data. During Backup/LAN transfer an employee just turns it off and goes out of the building. Works in the house and goes back in few days. What will happen ?

4. Technically machine will be i3-9100F, 2x16GB ECC 2400, Supermicro board and chassis, Samsung PMI981a 256GB as sys drive, RAID1 2xWD RED 8TB as backup location, UPS. Anything unwise here?

1. yes you can
2. nope - capacity tier requires the scale out repository which is part of enterprise edition. Maybe a cheap starter bundle can help you. We support S3 compatible and Azure blob. Backblaze B2 is not S3 compatible. I heard on the forums that Wasabi has similar price like Backblaze
3. backup will be interrupted. retry after days should resolve any temporary issues
4. sounds okay for me

Can I sync backup VB&R CE repository with remote (e.g. NAS at home) SFTP/WebDAV ? E.g. every 24 hours, starting at 02:00 AM sync last full copy only ? Are (can be) such files already encrypted ?
