Hi, is Veeam backup for AWS available in AWS Govcloud?
I do not see it in the Market place.

We do support Govcloud and its able to be picked when you get to the deployment section.

You must choose either deploy into existing VPC or create new VPC and then you can choose the either East or West govcloud region from the region list.

When trying to Launch EC2 instance, I can not find Veeam for AWS in the AWS Marketplace. I would like explicit guidance on locating this AMI.

Does Veeam support Veeam Backup for AWS in AWS GovCloud? There isn't an AWS govcloud marketplace per say. When we tried to deploy the Veeam for AWS appliance from the VBR Console into AWS Govcloud using the security keys from an IAM account, it redirected us back to the AWS commercial commercial marketplace (which is the only AWS marketplace that exists).

We are available in the AWS GovCloud. Please go to their marketplace to subscribe and deploy VB for AWS. Afterward, you can add it to VBR.

The link that was provided earlier was to the AWS commercial marketplace. Here is an explanation from AWS on GovCloud and marketplace (https://docs.aws.amazon.com/govcloud-us ... place.html)

To answer the latest question, this technically would be our 2nd deployment since we already deployed Veeam for AWS in a commercial account.

Using your GovCloud account, you should be able to find us in the marketplace. It could be something related to your account as you have another “normal” one deployed.

It’s hard to tell what could go wrong. Did u by any chance already contact AWS regarding the matter of having a double account and deployment? I cannot test it using a GovCloud account atm. If the issue is persistent, you can always open a Veeam support case which may help with remote assistance and insight.
