[SOLVED] v10 - veeam remote console this operation is taking longer than expected - port 9396

Hi All,
Looks like there might be an additional port required for Remote veeam console to backup server connections in v10 - TCP 9396

After the update my console would hang on the splash screen with "this operation is taking longer than expected" but i could still see the normal connection on 9392. Checking the log in C:\ProgramData\Veeam\Backup\Console\[backupservername]\Console_[domain]_[user].log i could see the following:

<05> Info     Network error in [GetAuthToken] of [tcp://[backupservername]:9396/UIServer] object

After opening 9396 it now connects ok.

I couldn't find the port required in the doc so maybe it needs to be updated. https://helpcenter.veeam.com/docs/backu ... 00#console
