Restore Exchange 2007 Mailbox

Is it possible to perform a restore of a single exchange mailbox?

(Veeam 4.1. VM is SBS 2008 x64. VMware is vSphere)

If so, what's the process?

You should be able to restore a single mailbox using the standard Recovery Storage Group procedure. This involves creating a Recovery Storage Group and using the FLR appliance to restore the backup copy of the message store that contains the mailbox you want to restore. Here's a pretty good article that describes the process:

We use a third party tool that allows for direct extraction of mailboxes from the message store database. We "short circuit" the requirement to restore the message store by starting the FLR from within Veeam and then minimizing the Veeam restore browser and running the tool directly on the mounted volume. You might be able to do the same thing for a Recovery Storage Group but I've never tried it.

Does the new version 6.0 backup Exchange 2010 mailboxes and allow you to restore individual mailboxes. Version 5.0 doesn't allow us too. Thank you.

As far as I know there are no such changes to the U-AIR functionality planned in the upcoming v6.
Please see the above posts for the considerations regarding mailbox restoration with the current v5.
