64Bit Veeam Helper used on 32Bit VM?

Since upgrading to V10 one of our VMs had 2 failed backups -it's a 32bit Server 2008 VM used for a legacy Software that's soon to be replaced. Further investigation of eventlogs shows the following error:

Der Dienst "VeeamVssSupport" wurde aufgrund folgenden Fehlers nicht gestartet:
Die Version von VeeamVssSupport ist nicht mit der ausgeführten Windows-Version kompatibel. Öffnen Sie die Systeminformationen des Computers, um zu überprüfen, ob eine x86-(32 Bit)- oder eine x64-(64 Bit)-Version des Programms erforderlich ist, und wenden Sie sich anschließend an den Herausgeber der Software.

According to the message it seems like maybe the 64bit version was used instead of the 32bit? Rebooting the Machine solves the error and lets the backup succed.

The error in B&R says:

Error: Unable to register and start service. Attempt 10 of 10 Cannot register management service. Service name: [VeeamVssSupport]. Cannot create service. Machine: [xxx]. Service name: [VeeamVssSupport]. Service binary path: [C:\Windows\VeeamVssSupport\VeeamGuestHelper.exe]. Service account: []. Cannot create service. Win32
error:Der angegebene Dienst wurde zum Löschen markiert.Code: 1072

Has anyone else noticed something like this?

Hello,
please continue working with support on that. It's not on the list of known issues for V10. I also talked to support to have a closer look on that, as it could be potentially an issue.
