Hi,
Case #04049374
VBR 10
Last night the backup job of my Veeam VM began to through these errors:
07-03-2020 08:19:34 :: Hyper-V Integration Services are not up to date
Failed to save backup meta to 'G:|Repository1|Backup Veeam Server_NAS6|Backup Veeam Server_NAS6.vbm' Error: Access is denied.
All other backup jobs to same repository works without issues. Anybody seen this before?
Regards
Robert

Re: Failed to save backup meta
Hello Robert,
Can you please clarify if Hyper-V Integration Service are up to date on the mentioned machines or not? What Windows server version hosts the Hyper-V in the question? Thanks!

Re: Failed to save backup meta
Hi,
The Hyper-V integration services are all up to date and it´s 2012r2 servers running the Hyper V role.
It´s working on/off so i suspect it can be related to antivirus maybe, so i have now excluded Veeam and repositories from AV scanning.
Let´s see if this help.

Re: Failed to save backup meta
Doing so is the best practice anyway. Let's see whether it helps.
