Hello everyone,
We are using tags for categorization in Business View and it seems that Veeam One is detecting the tags only when they are applied to a VM.
Is this expected behavior or I should open a support ticket?
Version 9.5.4.4566

Do you mean that you create vSphere tag, but don't see it in Business View until you tag one of the vSphere VMs?

By design the tags should be collected regardless their assignment to VMs.
So I would ask to contact Veeam support.
