Error install VEEAM B&R community edition nano server 2016

Hello,

I'm trying to install VEEAM B&R community edition with a hyper-v cluster on windows nano server 2016.

When adding the server on veeam virtual infrastructure, i have the following error :

Infrastructure item save failed Error: ocii-nano1:le fichier est introuvable Failed to start service 'VeeamDeploySvc'. Host:'ocii-nano1.ocii.fr'. --tr:Error code: 0x00000002 Failed to start deployement service on the target host --tr:Failed to install ...

Does Windows nano server 2016 compatible with VEEAM B&R 10 ?

Hi Bbinaud,

Unfortunately, as mentioned in the v10 release notes, Microsoft Nano Server with Hyper-V role installed is not supported as a source for backup. We'll make sure that this information is properly reflected in the user guide.
