ID# 04060218: PC Freezes during Backup, No AV installed!
I was recommended this software, so I downloaded it today. I have tried two times now to create a System Backup, and each time my PC has completely froze. 1st time was 4 mins in, 2nd time went further at 7 mins. From reading, it's usually an AV related issue, yet I do not have any AV software installed.
Any suggestions

Hi Dima! Thanks for replying!
I'm selecting Volume Level Backup and clicking the box for Operating System, which automatically selects Local Disk (C:) and System Reserved
For Destination, I select Local Storage
For Local Storage, I use the default directory: E:\VeeamBackup\
PC: Custom Built with Windows 7 Pro / 16 GB RAM
Source Drive: (C:) Samsung SSD 850 EVO 250 GB / Used Space: 67.9 GB / Free Space: 164 GB
Destination Drive: (E:) WD 2TB Internal HDD / Used Space: 1.14 TB / Free Space: 691 TB
Now something I just thought of, though not sure if would have any relevance. My User folders (Desktop, Documents, etc.) are actual saved on my (D:) Data drive, an internal HDD.
Hope this helps!

Hello Mike,
Thanks for the details. Can you please check if Throttle backup activity checkbox is checked in Veeam Agent for Windows settings? Cheers!

I would have replied much earlier but for some reason I was not notified that anyone replied. Not sure why I'm not notified, I have the "Notify me when a reply is posted" option checked. Also, there was no "Quote" button on your post like last time, only the "Like" button was displayed, so I quoted your previous post, and updated it to your most recent comments. I would have used the Quick Reply option, but I wasn't sure if you would be notified.
Anyways, Yes, under Settings, the "Throttle backup activity when system is busy" was and is still checked. Should I try it "unchecked"?
EDIT: Now that I have posted this, your post is now showing the "Quote" button\icon. Just my luck!

Hello Mike,
No, it's not required, thank you! I've asked support team to take a look at case details, since based on your configuration all should be ok. Cheers!
