Scale Out Repository Full Backups

I have a customer on Veeam B&R V10 with backups jobs configured to a scale out repository where all objects are set to copy to the capacity tier as soon as they are created. The capacity tier is Azure Blob storage. The jobs are set to incremental to keep 35 restore points and to create synthetic fulls weekly. I am no longer getting full backups since the jobs were set to use the scale out repository. All data appears to be synced up to the scale out in Azure and I can successfully restore from both repositories without an issue. I want to confirm this is the proper behavior and that full backups will no longer occur or is something wrong with this setup? I do not have any errors at this time.

I am no longer getting full backups since the jobs were set to use the scale out repository.

That makes no sense to me. There is no reason that full backups are not created on scale out repositories.

Please create a support case and post the case number for reference
