Log showing restores?

Post by howartp »

Hi.

As part of our audit, we claim to perform test restores periodically. This typically happens, but I don't always fill in our log sheet for it.

Can I see in Veeam a log of any restores and DR's we've undertaken, without going into each job? (Several jobs no longer exist in the UI as I had a poor job setup and recreated my backup plan)

Cheers.

Peter

Hi Peter, restore session details are available under the History view.

Hi,

is there any more detailed log somewhere?
I'm trying to do restore, but vbr does not start to transfer vmdk files. It only restores all the other vm files.

v10 has the new feature of detailed restore audit log that states what specific restore operation was performed, by whom, etc. Please refer to the File Level Recovery section of the What's New in Veeam Backup & Replication v10 document for more information.
