Unable to create Visio report

Hi there,

Nice product, first of all.

I'm running into some sort of error where it seems Reporter is unable to create a Visio document though.

The error message in question:

14/09/2007 2:09:48 PM - Unable to cast COM object of type 'Microsoft.Office.Interop.Visio.InvisibleAppClass' to interface type 'Microsoft.Office.Interop.Visio.IVInvisibleApp'. This operation failed because the QueryInterface call on the COM component for the interface with IID '{000D072C-0000-0000-C000-000000000046}' failed due to the following error: No such interface supported (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80004002 (E_NOINTERFACE)).

The excel/word/pdf documents seem to be creating themselves fine though. Any idea?

What version of Visio do you have?

I also have Microsoft Excel 2000 installed, which probably might explain why the output of the xls file I see is not exactly like what I should be seeing, but more like xml output.

Hmm, I just read through the datasheet for Reporter and noticed the Visio 2003/Excel XP requirements and such. My bad. I guess that definitely would explain the issues I've been getting.
