Running Job getting this Error: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Hi ,
Lately unexpected error like below are happening .For example we are running a Job with two couple instances inside.
Backup policy has stopped with failures. Name: [Multiple VMs], PolicyId: [20fb5a19-2894-4d91-ade9-1e277af8eb08]. Error: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Hi Skydok,

Did you get these errors before? And lastly, did you received this error multiple times?

If this error continues, then I think it is best to create a support case. Post the case ID here and the follow up after investigation from our support engineers.

Could it be you did some alternations to those EC2 instances?

Possible that the instances changed , but of course if it would indicate which instance exactly it happened i could check.
When i do Collect logs it provides "time-out" altough in the jobs it's stuck in "Running" but inside it's "No data"

As Mike suggested, you can best open a case then. Just mention you can't collect logs for now and they will assist you from there. Thanks.

I'm trying to open a case but it looks like there is an issue when i submit a ticket " Can't create ticket."
