Missing user in OneDrive
I've got an employee who was terminated, but we have need to recover something from his OneDrive. If I open up a restore point he does not appear in the drop down for our tenant, even if I go back to a point where I know he was still employed with us. If I do Get-VBOEntityData for him it shows IsOneDriveBackedUp as True. Granted, it's been a long while since I've had to do this, but I could have sworn that those types of accounts used to show up in the OD explorer GUI. Am I remembering this incorrectly (completely plausible) or is this a newly expected behavior?

Hey @mlange
Can you right-click on the organization (left panel) and choose recovery from there? Then you will see all the protected data
Let us know if it worked
Thanks
Mike

As you did a point in time restore, did you also enable the 2 checkboxes at the bottom of the first step (as seen in https://helpcenter.veeam.com/docs/vbo36 ... tml?ver=40)?

Re: Missing user in OneDrive
Mike, are you talking in VBO or Explorer for OneDrive?
Niels, I have not. I thought those options are to retrieve files that were deleted out of the users OD by the user. Do these also force removed users to show up in the OD explorer?

[MERGED]removed user
Hi,
We had a user that we backup his OneDrive data for 4 years with Veeam Office 365, this user has left the company last year and her account was removed from AD en Office365 and Veeam license was revoked from this user, now when try to restore some data from the OneDrive of this user in old backups I cannot see this user in the list!! shouldn't we still see this user in the old backup?
Thanks

Re: removed user
Hi Pietje
I moved the topic to Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365.
The user should be visible.
From which console/product are you trying to restore the data? VB365 or do you want to restore the data from an old Image Level Backup (VM or Agent) of the VB365 Server?
Do you have checked, that the retention is configured for more than this 4 years?
Update:

Re: removed user
Thank you for your reply,
I am using the VB365 console to restore data and the retention policy is set to 5 years.
I even try the restore point of last year before the users has left the company and still don't see the user in the list of users.
Thanks
