Rebooting Protected Computers

Post by BrianBuchanan »

I have been able to reboot agent computers before, but now the "Reboot" option is missing.

https://helpcenter.veeam.com/docs/backu ... ml?ver=100

I have the Rescan button, but it's alone without the Reboot option.

Right-Click on a server, Agent and I have Create Recovery Media, and Uninstall all components and Uninstall driver. No Reboot.

A lot has changed since the last time I used it. I was on 9.5.4 and the servers were running 2008 R2. Now I'm on Veeam 10 and the servers have been in-place upgraded to Server 2019.

Any suggestions?

Hi Brian
To avoid harmful clicks, Reboot option appears only for machines that require Reboot(Windows pending reboot detected).
If you are certain to reboot a machine from Veeam console, Ctrl+Click said managed agent machine - Reboot option will appear!
