Choose all Sharepoint sites?

I may be missing something simple, but how do I setup a backup job that covers all SharePoint sites in our Org? I see how to chose individual sites, but not the entire SharePoint structure.

You can add the organization by using “Back up the following objects”, add the organization (last option) and then edit what will be backed up and only enable sites.
