Good day,
We have upgraded our community edition from V9.5.4 to V10. All running fine, except when trying to open the License dialogue in console where we get following error:
'Failed to create a 'Type' from the text 'RibbonMenuButton', 'Line number '6' and line position '42'. Type reference cannot find type named. (http://schemas.microsoft.com/winfx/2006 ... esentation)RibbonMenuButton
Any ideas where to look for to get rid of that error?
Thank you.
Brgds
Michael

Re: Error opening License dialogue after upgrade to V10
Looks like backup console experiences problem with one of the Microsoft-provided libraries (which we use to create UI). To identify the misbehaving component we need to check console debug logs, so, please, open a support ticket.
Kindly, expect certain timeouts in support provided - technical support for CE users is limited and is based on staff availability.
Thanks!

Re: Error opening License dialogue after upgrade to V10
This happened to me and since this came up in Google, here is what support told me.
+----
Did you upgrade to 10.0.0.4461 or 10.0.0.4461 P1?
If you upgraded to the P1, that should have resolved the issue, but here are 2 options for you:
Solution
Remove ShowSplashScreen value from registry
Most likely it will be fixed in v10 update1 (P1)
Workaround:
Open "Add Server" wizard. After triggering of this wizard we load required .dll file and license menu can be opened successfully.
