On-boarding questions

Hi all.

We are just starting to spin up our O365 environment and on-boarding of customers. I want to make sure that we get all the proper on-boarding questions answered and have been reading through the guides, best practices, etc but was wondering if there is a good checklist somewhere that I might have missed.

If you follow the best practices, you are basically good but if you can give some more information on your organisation in terms of amount of users, retention goals,... we can give you some tips.
