Hello guys,
I'm having trouble clearing the logs of my exchange servers.
Even with the options enabled in Veeam version 10, when it comes to clearing the logs, Veeam skips this step. See below.
Would anyone know how to help me with what can be?

the settings you are referring to have nothing to do with Exchange log truncation.
The exchange log truncation settings are in application aware image processing settings: https://helpcenter.veeam.com/docs/backu ... ml?ver=100 (process transaction logs)
I just read the case comments and it seems that we send the "truncate log" command correctly and exchange is ignoring it. I can only suggest to continue with support.
