Why does VeeamONE need CREATE ANY DATABASE permissions on SQL Server?

I'm moving the VeeamONE database from SQL Express to SQL Standard as per https://www.veeam.com/kb1599

In the KBID it states the VeeamONE user needs CREATE ANY DATABASE permissions, this is counter-intuitive to restoring a backup with the database in it.

Suggests this permission is required also.

Hi Conrad,

That permission is not required if the VONE database is already present on the SQL server. But in the cases when you are installing the product from scratch or restoring the database on behalf of VONE SQL service account it will be still required.
