md5 sha256 checksum / veeam software repository

Post by lhan »

Hello,
If I have to update a Linux Agent I'll found the procedure in:
https://helpcenter.veeam.com/archive/ba ... yment.html
there I'll found a link to "Veeam Software repository"
http://repository.veeam.com/packages/
Here we have the packages for download. I like to check the md5 or SHA checksum of the Packages, because of securtiy.
Where can I find the checksums for that packages?
Thanks for any help
Best Regards

Hello,
if you go via the official download page, then it will show md5 and sha1 for each download. https://www.veeam.com/linux-backup-download.html

all packages on the repository are signed. the checksums are available on the webserver you mentioned http://repository.veeam.com/backup/linu ... ts/stable/ (just as an example -> in the Release file)

Best regards,
Hannes
