Compression level in numbers

Hello Community,

I am currently working on a Job-Report created with the Veeam Powershell Snapin.
One query is to get the compression level.

I am already able to receive the compression level but all I get are numbers.
Now I would like to ask if anybody can tell for what those numbers stand.
Example:
server1: compression level of 4
server2: compression level of 5
server3: compression level of 9

Can those numbers be linked with the compression level seen in the Backup Console (Dedupe-friendly, Optimal, High, ....)?
Or does a compression level of 4 represent a compression by the factor 4?

DEDUPE _COMPRESSION _LEVEL = 4,
OPTIMAL _COMPRESSION _LEVEL = 5,
