Restore selected tables to another DB

Hello, as the Subject states I am looking to do a poor mans SQL replication to another database. I have a dev environment that needs constant update. I am thinking I can put it in powershell and run it every 2 hours or so. Any other ideas to accomplish the same thing ?

OK I think I found my own answer. Veeam SQL Publishing. Once its up use a script to extract the tables I want.

You can export specific tables with veeam Explorer for SQL directly, if you have an enterprise or enterprise plus Edition.
