O365 Backup physical server requirements

Looking to build out a new physical server for O365 backup. Ignoring disk space requirements, as I've already determined that, what are the other requirements if running this whole product in one physical server, aka RAM,CPU, etc.

I suggest you check out our best practice guide on sizing. It somewhat depends on how many objects you have to determine how much CPU/MEM you need. If you can provide some more details we can help you further if the BP isn’t helping.
