Case # 04298505
My snapshot backups are working but my repository backups in the same policy are failing with this message:
Repository backup of [SERVER] has failed (An unexpected error, trace ID: 04e3a8d6-5fb6-4028-a677-ee33ff01968a)
The trace ID is different for each VM.
Obviously, this is not much information. Where should I got to troubleshoot this?

I'm not sure what the problem was, but I made a new repository and it suddenly started working.

It’s hard to tell what could have been the issue. Support should always be the go to for assistance here however I am happy to see you managed to solve it already.
