Upgrading to 10.0.1.4854 (version 10a) ...

Post by Didi7 »

Hi guys,

don't know, if that's been answered already! To upgrade to latest build of VBR, one needs to download the latest 4GB ISO-file, there is no small upgrade file for v10 P2, right?

Best regards,

Hi,

the latest version includes all fixes from Cumulative Patch 1 and Cumulative Patch 2 for v10, and supersedes those patches.
Just in case - you can check the list of versions here.

Thanks!

Well, I know but that was not my question. I just wanted to know, if there is another upgrade-file besides the big ISO-file VeeamBackup&Replication_10.0.1.4854_20200723.iso to upgrade from the initial v10 release, just as Veeam supplied the small VeeamBackup&Replication_10.0.0.4461_KB3161.exe file?

Hi Didi,

There is no "small" patch as v10a is a minor release and not just a patch or a cumulative patch. This release brings new features and lots of improvements and enhancements including those made in v10 CP1 and v10 CP2 so there is only an upgrade path.

Thanks
