Backup SharePoint sites

Hi Team,
Please help us with the below points.
1. We need to backup all the SharePoint sites with a backup job and also newly created sites should be added automatically to the same backup job. How this can be done.
2. How the group connected SharePoint sites are backed up? do we need to select the respective o365group under the group objects?
3. Should the backup accounts need to have a license when adding multiple accounts?

1. You can create a backup job and select "Back up the following objects", add the organization and only backup Sites (via Edit) - see the example in our user guide.
2. If you use method 1, they will all be backed up.
3. Auxilliary backup accounts don't need a license.

Hi.

When you configure a job you can select Exchange or SharePoint/OneDrive - or both

Is it possible to backup SharePoint only or are they too connected to OneDrive - so we have to backup both?
Are the SharePoint files located in OneDrive?

The customer has 8,5 TB SharePoint data and 37 TB OneDrive data.
