Backup copy job: only start merge process

Hi all,

I have a backup copy job which failed recently during the merge process (lack of resources). A retry copied all new vib-files but failed again with the merge process. Is there a way only to force the merge part?

Hi Frank,

Currently, there is no way to force only the merge operation. I would suggest looking into the root cause of the failure instead.

Could you please raise a support ticket and upload the job logs beforehand? That should speed up the investigation process. Once done, please post your support case ID, as it is necessary when posting about technical issues requiring logs analysis.
