Monthly NAS change, is it possible to do with one policy
We need to do backup from few servers to different NAS every month. If I use same IP for NAS devices does Veeam recognize new NAS "on-the-fly" and create first FULL on new nas and after that the 20 reversed incremental?

Yes, Veeam backup server will recognize a new NAS device, but make sure you apply the registry key below to force creation of a new backup chain:
