Windows build 2004 is around the corner

Veeam v10a and Agents are planned to go GA (General Available) on 4th of august if everything is going well (no major errors found until then).
After that, they are available to download from the page.

it's one month later and the agent still does not see the update...

This version went GA and became available for download according to the plan stated above. Auto-update servers are always initialized with a delay, as we don't want to push newly released code to all users right away, before it is sufficiently validated in the field.

before and after update, create recovery media is stuck at "adding system drivers" with no resources being consumed (cpu/disk)

We need the debug logs to understand what's going on with the recovery media creation process. Any chance you have a support case for that? If not, please raise a ticket and share the case ID with us. Thank you in advance!

this no longer occurs with latest build - 4.0.1.2169 - but it happened with previous version - 188 or something with 1 and 8 in last four digits.
