This version went GA and became available for download according to the plan stated above. Auto-update servers are always initialized with a delay, as we don't want to push newly released code to all users right away, before it is sufficiently validated in the field.

this no longer occurs with latest build - 4.0.1.2169 - but it happened with previous version - 188 or something with 1 and 8 in last four digits.
