Feature Request: Export restore point data

Post by yolars »

In VBR when you go to the DISK tab, you can pick a job. Right click on that job and choose properties. It will show you the restore points for the job, compression and dedup, along with backup size for each restore point. If there was a way to export that data to .csv or excel this would be very helpful. We are a managed services provider and clients often ask for details regarding their restore points and storage consumption. Being able to export from that screen would be a big help in getting those numbers quickly.

Hello,
and welcome to the forums.

Powershell should be able to do what you ask for https://helpcenter.veeam.com/docs/backu ... ml?ver=100 - example 2 is probably pretty close.

Combined with export-csv, it should do what you need https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powers ... wershell-7

Does that help?

Best regards,
Hannes
