Confused about what to install and how

Last night I went the the Veeam website and downloaded what I thought was the Veeam Agent for Linux:

veeam-release-deb_1.0.7_amd64.deb

which I duly installed on my Ubuntu 18.04.5 LTS system. However, AFAICT, that doesn't actually contain any executables?

What am I missing here?

BLUSH - didn't realise that only installed the repos files - and that I needed to do apt-get install veeam
