Replication from/to different ESX Versions

Hi folks

i would like to use VEEAM replication to make replications from a local VMware V7 2 hosts cluster (production) to a remote standalone v6.5 ESXi (remote disaster recovery)

Except the fact that we need to have the same VMware hardware compatibility level for the VM been replicated (v13 virtual hardware is compatible with VMware v7 and v6.5), Can you tell me is VEEAM replication able to to the job on this environment presenting two different ESX versions ?

Yes, that's possible to do, and you're right regarding the hardware version caveat.
