Hi,
is there a possibility to use vmxnet3 interface instead of e1000 in this helper appliance?
Because 10G FLR would be nice!

Wait till v11, where you can set defined Linux Host to serve as a mount point and forget about built-in linux helper appliance.
Check out v11 Hottest Features overview made at VeeamLive earlier this year(Linux FLR part starts at 13:30).

But yes, I believe the helper appliance was also updated in v11.
