Case # 04506919 - Error: bc_is_out_of_sync

The free edition has been working for me. I manually backup to an external bitlocker encrypted disk.

Today, within seconds of kicking off the job, I got the message: Error: bc_is_out_of_sync.

I restarted agent and service but am still getting the error.

What is the cause of the error and how do I fix it?!

From About box, I'm running "Veeam Agent for Microsoft Windows 4.0.0.1811 - Free Edition"

This is on Windows 10 20H2.
