Verifying backups removed from object storage

I had a backup set that was accidentally placed on a SOBR which is set to copy/move to object store. Before the local backup files were migrated back to a standard repository, the backups were not deleted from the VBR console (Backups | Object Storage). I'm assuming this wasn't automatically removed from the object store as my consumed storage hasn't gone down.

Is there a way to either verify, or in fact remove the backups from the object store when they haven't been deleted from the console?

Rescanning the Capacity Tier will show all backups stored there under Backups | Object Storage. You can then delete them from there.
