Can't access backup Exchange after upgrade to v5

Hello,

yesterday i proceed to the upgrade of the version to the GA v5.

But i'm not able to open the backup of my Exchange Online service.

A new backup has been done with the v5 yesterday in the evening but the problem persist this morning.

When the veeam explorer is loading the stores from the server, i get a "Unable to find mailbox account (mailbox ID:xxxxxxxx-xxxxxxxxxx-xxxxx-...)."

Two message box with this error and after nothing is browsable into the veeam Explorer.

Any idea ?

Nicolas,

Please open a support case on this issue and make sure to provide all the logs to engineers. Also, following our forum rules, post your case ID in this thread.

I just remembered I received and email this morning regarding Veeam Backup for Microsoft Office 365 v5a.
Sure enough this is the fix for the above issue.

I have just installed the 5a Update and tested. Restores worked perfectly.
