I would like to create a seed backup on an external drive with NTFS but move that same backup (once we receive it) into our SOBR that is formatted with ReFS. Will I have issues?
The reason for this is I don't want to plug the drive directly into our hosts(normally have problems). I would like to plug it into our synology unit. But the synology unit is only compatible with NTFS and not ReFS. Any info is appreciated!

No issues. Veeam backup are regular files, and file system they are stored on does not make any difference.
