We as a third party vendor sold Veeam essentials backup & replication to our client. We would like to know how we are able to receive an email notification ahead of time before the license expires.
1. Does this need to be setup or it is done automatically. Who would recieve that email, the third party vendor, the client, or both?
2. How early before the license expires is the email sent.

Re: Get email notification for license renewal
The client will definitely receive the email notification ahead of time. I'm checking if you can be added.

Re: Get email notification for license renewal
Got the answer:
End users do receive renewal reminders starting 120 before support expiration. Partners receive reminders from renewals team, or they can log in to ProPartner Portal to check when their renewals are due.
