Guest interaction Proxy - Standard vs. Enterprise

Hey guys,
I have question about Guest interaction Proxy.
How does a Standard Edition compare to an Enterprise?
With the Enterprise I can select the Guest interaction proxy. But not with the Standard Edition.
Which system is used for the Standard Edition?
The backup server itself?

Guest interaction proxy is available for Enterprise/Enterprise plus. You can find more details here:

The guest interaction proxy functionality is available in the Enterprise and Enterprise Plus editions of Veeam Backup & Replication.
