Enterprise Manager licensing

Is Enterprise Manager a completely separate product from Veeam Backup & Replication Enterprise Plus requiring separate licensing or does my license for that include licensing to install and use Enterprise Manager?

It doesn‘t need a dedicated license :-) It will use the license from your vbr server.
