Windows FLR Error

We're testing Windows FLRs in a newly deployed environment. Testing with the same two servers, intermittently, when we go to perform a file restore, it fails to connect to the OS with the following error:

Failed to connect to guest OS.
Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {D2E3C73F-841A-46B0-A93F-956CCABD3B11} failed due to the following error: 80040154 Class no registered (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80040154 (REGDB_E_CLASSNOTREG)). Has anyone seen this error before?

Additionally, when not doing a "Restore -> Overwrite" to test the restore, it works if we use "Copy to..." and drop the file locally.

Hi, I konw this is and old queston but did you get any answer from support on this one? I see the same error no on one server in one restore job
