Failed to validate remote certificate on Guest Cluster

Post by fritz77 »

I follow Veeam instructions (KB2463) and to backup a guest-cluster installing agents and checking KB2709 Backing up Hyper-V guest cluster based on VHD set (I use VHDSet) but I receive this error on both node:

Failed to validate remote certificate on Guest Cluster

I try to open a case but the module propose me only "evaluation product" even if i have a valid license

Hello,
ok, I see that you have a valid license. Is it possible that you are missing case administrator permissions? https://www.veeam.com/kb2211

Otherwise, please open a case with evaluation support and post the case number here. Once we have a case number, we should be able to fix the case permission issues.

Best regards,
Hannes

I can't open a case on evaluation products because I get "you don't have an evaluation license"
