Veeam Backup only does Deduplication on Backup-jobs, not on Replication-jobs.
Correct ?

That is correct, the replica will be a block for block copy of the source virtual machine so no de-duplication takes place. When talking about compression, this only is performed on the replica's subsequent incremental job runs as well.
