VBR V10 don't rememmber the CC cert thumbprint

Hi guys
one of my customers installed a new VBR on HYPER-v VM
ever since the VBR doesn't remember the Service Provider cert thumbprint
I've try to import the cert manually but no changes, still don't remember the thumbprint

to fix the issue, please continue with support. That's probably faster than guessing on the forum.

Question: did you do a configuration restore from an encrypted configuration backup?

as far as I know, they didn't encrypt the configuration backup but yes they restore from it

ah okay... yes, unencrypted configuration backups don't store credentials for security reasons. (a yellow warning / exclamation mark indicates that)

there any conf file or reg path that I can edit and force the Thumbprint?

I assume that you already went through the wizard again and it did not help. At this point I can only repeat to continue with support.
